Aperçu de la mise à jour 17

Les développeurs ont dévoilé un aperçu du patch 17 qui annonce des changements de grande envergure. En effet les pouvoirs Mental et Gadget vont subir une refonte totale.

  • Iconic Powers: Clown Box and Gag Glove abilities have been removed from Gadgets Powers and added to the Iconic Powers tree.

Gadgets:

  • All Gadget power abilities have been visually updated.
  • Traps Tree
    • Battle Drone
      • Gives power back to a Raid group over time
    • Bunker Buster
      • Decreased supercharge cost from 100% to 50%
      • Decreased damage slightly
    • Cryo-field
      • Added an initial damage burst
    • Fear Gas
      • Increased range to 12.5 meters from 10.5 meters.
      • Panics enemies
    • Neural Neutralizer
      • Increased the low end range of damage so that it never hits for less than Gauss Grenade
      • Increased the amount of damage absorption that Restoration effects to 100% (matching the amount from Dominance)
    • Stealth
      • Useable while in combat
      • You are no longer snared or using the sneaking animation
      • Increased cooldown to 30 seconds from 1 second
      • Cuff 'Em
        • Deals damage
        • Decreased cooldown to 10 seconds
      • Implosion Mine
        • Deals damage
        • Tooltip now states that this ability retains stealth when used but is vulnerable to interrupt
        • Decreased cooldown to 15 seconds
      • Surprise Attack
        • Now plays full animation
    • Thermite Mine
      • Decreased the cast time to 1.4 seconds
      • Increased the cooldown to 1.5 seconds
    • Sleep Dart
      • Decreased the power cost to 300 from 350
      • Increased damage
  • Tricks Tree
    • Anesthetic
      • Increased the amount healed
    • Asphyxiation Gas
      • Uses a more appropriate animation
      • Increased damage
    • Distract (formerly known as Hide)
      • Decreased the duration of damage absorption to 5 seconds from 8 seconds
      • Increased the amount of damage Absorption that Restoration effects to 100% (matching the amount from Dominance)
      • No longer makes you invisible
    • Energy Shield (Replacing Clown Box which is in the Iconic Powers Skill Tree)
      • Shields you if your health falls below 35%
    • Holographic Decoy (Replaces Sentry Turret)
      • Transfer 25% of incoming damage to decoy
      • Taunts nearby enemies
    • Intimidate
      • Adds panic when targets health is above 50% and stuns when below
    • Napalm Grenade (Replaces BOMB)
      • Hits in a larger radius than Gauss Grenade with fewer targets but sets targets on fire
    • Photon Blast (Replaces Warden Turret)
      • Damages and stuns a single target
      • Deals more damage to target under 35% health
    • Stasis Field
      • Deals damage even if target is immune to encase
      • Applies Crushed power interaction in control stance
      • Damage over time is as long as the encasement lasts
    • Suppressor Turret
      • Added Flamethrower, Taser Pull, Stasis Encasement (formerly Warden Turret abilities)
      • Increased damage of primary attack
      • Reduced size of Turret by 25%
      • Updated icon
    • Vortex Cannon (Replaces Gag Glove which is in Iconic Powers Skill Tree)
      • –Same functionality as Gag Glove
      • Damage to characters is no longer split with objects (for Gag Glove too)

Mental:

  • All Mental power abilities have been visually updated to a more organic energy style.
  • Telekinesis Tree
    • Bastion
      • Restores power when hit by enemies
      • May damage enemy back when hit
      • Now affects all grouped members
      • Increased supercharge cost to 100%
    • Bolt Barrage
      • Increased average base damage
      • Damage is not split between objects and characters, it can hit 8 of each type of entity
    • Cryokinesis
      • Reduced power cost to 370 from 475
      • Deals extra damage to Dazed enemies and may knock them down
    • Mass Levitation
      • Hits 8 targets instead of 4
      • Adds Dazed
      • Tooltip now includes this is vulnerable to interrupt
    • Psychic Resonance
      • Deals extra damage to Dazed enemies
      • Removed damage to break from stun
      • Reduced power cost
    • Pyrokinesis
      • Tooltip now includes Stun
    • Telekinesis
      • Adds Dazed power interaction
    • Telekinetic Bolt
      • Reduced power cost
    • Telekinetic Push
      • Deals extra damage to Dazed enemies
    • Telekinetic Shield
      • Increased the amount of Damage Absorption that Restoration effects to 100% (matching the amount from Dominance)
      • Decreased the cooldown to 22 seconds
    • Thought Bubble
      • Damages the enemy even if enemy is immune to being encased
  • Illusion Tree
    • Convalesce (Replaces Psychic Shield)
      • Adds the Break Out effect
      • Adds Damage Absorption for 2 seconds
      • Heals over time
      • Supercharge cost of 35%
    • Horrific Tentilla (Formerly Psychic Blades)
      • Adds Terror
    • Horrific Visage
      • Requires Level 8 (Changed places in the tree with Terrorize)
      • Fixed an issue where the target would change into the Ghost FORM multiple times in a second
    • Invisibility (Replaces Illusory Forms)
      • Works like Stealth from Gadgets
      • Ambush: Sleep
        • Reduced stun to 15 seconds
        • Removes stealth
        • Deals damage
        • Lowered cooldown to 10 seconds
      • Ambush: Pain Blast
        • Updated animation so that all weapon types play the same animation
    • Grandeur
      • Decreased cooldown to 20 seconds from 30 seconds
      • Increased the amount of Damage Absorption that Restoration effects to 100% (matching the amount from Dominance)
    • Mass Hysteria
      • Removed the snare so you can run at normal speed
      • Adds Terror to 8 targets
    • Mass Terror
      • Hits 8 targets
      • Damage is not split between objects and characters, it can hit 8 of each type of entity
      • Panics enemies
    • Menace
      • Deals damage
      • Increased power cost to 250 from 200
      • Deals extra damage to Terrified enemies
      • Panics instead of Stun
    • Phantom Flames
      • Burning power interaction damage was reduced to match Fire’s power interaction.
      • Increased damage without power interaction Reduced stun duration to 12 seconds when in Control role
    • Psychic Shock
      • Tooltip now includes the damage to Terrified enemies
      • Electrified power interaction now lasts the full 12 seconds even if the target breaks out
    • Reflect Pain
      • Tooltip now includes it is useable while controlled
      • Transfers 100% of incoming damage to your target for 5 seconds capped at 15% of your maximum Health
      • Increased cooldown to 28 seconds
    • Terrorize
      • Panics enemy
      • Deals more damage to target 35% health or below
      • Deals damage even if target is immune to Crowd Control
      • Swapped places with Horrific Visage
      • Vulnerable to interrupt

PVP:

  • Counter attacks: The visual effects related to counter attacks now display properly
  • Battle for Earth Headquarters battles: The Engine Core will now properly report to the player’s combat log when thrown at someone.
  • Critical effect suppression is now properly applied in Arena zones when transformed into a Snowman by using the rare Season’s Greedings winter seasonal trinket.

Raids:
Battle for Earth: The Gates of Tartarus

  • We have corrected an issue where players were not receiving loot as intended. Now, when defeating Circe (Heroes) or Wonder Woman (Villains) players have a chance to receive a damaged circlet which grants a Mission (Memento of Goddess –for Heroes or The Goddess’ Favor –for Villains). Completing the Mission allows players to choose between two rewards, with different appearances – Dark Witch or Valiant Warrior.
